How To Make Easy 3-Day Garlic Dill Pickles Recipe:

Here is an easy quick refrigerator dill pickle recipe, how to make pickles in 3-days!
This is great for when you harvest your garden or when you buy fresh in season cucumbers in bulk at the local farmers market or on sale.

You will need: enough pickling cucumbers to fill 4 quart jars, 1 garlic head, 2 Tbsp pickling spice mix, a fresh dill bunch, 4 cups of water, 1 cup raw organic apple cider vinegar and 1/3 cup sea salt.

Directions:
Mix the apple cider vinegar, water and salt together on medium heat until the salt is dissolved.
Remove your pot from the heat and add the pickling spice.
Wash and cut your cucumbers into quarters.
In each canning jar add 4 dill heads, 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon spice.
Add your cucumbers to your jars and then pour the brine evenly onto all of them.
Secure your lids.
Let them sit in a cool dark location for 3 days. Enjoy

These homemade Garlic Dill Pickles will last in the refrigerator for up to 2 months!
